THE EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME IS DIVIDED INTO TWO PARTS:
Executive Advancement Programme
This programme is aimed at senior executives that are already operating with high
output but are seeking to perform at an even higher level. Higher levels of performance
can be obtained by removing the psychological blocks that sometime hinder those seeking
the most senior roles.
A large amount of face-to-face work is undertaken examining career progression to
date focussing on patterns of behaviour. Strengths can then be built upon and
weaknesses eliminated. This will then psychologically prepare the executive for
the demands of top-level performance.
Executive Direction Programme
This programme is aimed at the senior executive who wishes to examine the
alternative directions in the future. All aspects of the executive's life are
considered resulting in potential career and lifestyle changes. Face to face work is
vital for this in-depth programme.
This programme is ideally suited to executives that have been operating at a senior
level who may be considering a career change or a change in life that may be very
different from earlier activities.
